Choosing a FENSA-registered company ensures your installation fully complies with all modern UK Building Regulations and energy-efficiency standards. If you choose a non-certified cowboy outfit or complete a DIY installation, you are legally required to pay for full, costly Local Authority inspection approvals. With Clearview, all compliance handling is done entirely for you.
Receiving Your FENSA Certificate
Once your installation is complete, our office team will automatically register the project with FENSA. They will manufacture and dispatch your official compliance certificate directly to your home address (please allow 6–8 weeks for processing).
Please keep this legal document safely with your deeds. If you choose to sell your property in the future, your solicitor and the buyer's team will require a copy to complete the house sale. If you have misplaced an old certificate, you can order an official replacement via the FENSA Certificate Portal.
