Clearview, Who are we ?

We are Clearview Windows and are based in Burgess Hill in the heart of Sussex. We have been established for over 25 years and serve the whole of the Sussex area. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products and the service we offer.

 

We fully understand that the appearance of your home is very important to you. When considering replacement windows, you need to be sure that they will look just right and complement the style of your home. This is particularly important if you live in either a period or conservation area.

What service do we offer?

Our experienced and friendly staff will ensure total professionalism is achieved from the moment your order is placed, right through to the completed installation.

 

We are dedicated to ensuring your installation however large or small is dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. It has been and will always remain our aim to provide the highest product specification along with the highest standards of workmanship.

 

Our surveyor will carry out a detailed and accurate survey to ensure your new products are a perfect fit and are to your exact specification. We use the latest digital and angle measuring equipment to enable us to check all aspects to a high degree of accuracy.

Clearview are proud to say that all our installers are GQA Level 2 NVQ certificated and accredited in fenestration/window installing,

 

All our surveyors hold the FENSA MTC assessment in window and door surveying.

 

All our products are installed using the latest fixings and sealants. Our sealants are bacteria resistant and UV stabilised to ensure long term weather performance.

This 10 year service covers you the customer for the fitted uPVC, Aluminium, Windows, Doors, Conservatories, against defect for 10 years.

Clearview are members of FENSA

FENSA Limited is the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme for companies that install windows and doors in dwellings.

It has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), with Government approval, in response to the new Building Regulations for England and Wales

 

From 1 April 2002, all replacement glazing in dwellings will come within the scope of the Building Regulations. From then on, anyone who installs replacement windows or doors will have to comply with improved thermal performance standards.

 

Any installation undertaken by a firm which is not registered to self-certify, or done as a DIY project by a householder, will need full local authority approval under the Building Regulations.

FENSA Certificates

Clearview will automatically register your installation with FENSA who will produce and send out your certifate directly to you. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for your certificate to arrive.

 

You should keep your certificate safe in your records, if you chose to sell your home in the future the solicitor or person buying your property will request a copy.
